Every year October comes around, and then it feels like someone pushes the ‘fast forward’ button on the rest of the year!

🏃🏼‍♀️This past month for me has been all about, early AM studying, cold weather morning runs, community calls and events, and starting to plan 2025!

Last weekend I booked a hotel room and went on a bit of a clarity planning break! (It was so quiet… the absence of noise was just what I needed). I did a lot of analyzing what’s working, what’s not working, goal setting, and most importantly ...got to work on my 10 year plan - which I created a couple of years ago and update every year. It’s been a game-changer every year.

Not everything goes to plan, and there are some things I no longer want, but having a path that I can visually reference has put me so much further along than if I didn’t have any sort of road map.

Every year I tweak this just a little bit and bring it back out, to share (a little copy/paste action) so you can also course out your vision.

I like to dig into wine reads every weekend and lately it’s a lot of “oh no”!
I’ve been bombarded with wine and health updates and reasons why people aren’t drinking wine any more. (It’s everywhere) 📰

However, I continue to run into people who love wine and want to know more about it …and I feel like there are more people who are curious about wine than those who immediately dismiss it.

For me wine has more power of transporting me to another place or another time. It has so much history to it and all the nuances continue to be incredibly captivating. I can’t imagine the intrigue of wine completely disappearing. It’s too fascinating.
